Tolvsrød skole var en folkeskole på Tolvsrød i daværende Sem kommune i Vestfold. Skolen ble bygd i 1876 og påbygd 1886. Den ble nedlagt i 1925 da Presterød skole sto ferdig.

Founded in 1921 in Oakland, California, Soroptimist International (SI) is a worldwide volunteer service organization for business and professional women who work to improve the lives of women and girls, in local communities and throughout the world. The name “Soroptimist” was coined by combining the Latin words soror “sister” and optima “best”, and can be taken to mean “best for women”

In 2012, Soroptimist International raised over £1million to help disadvantaged women and children in Sierra Leone face their futures with confidence, in partnership with the international charity Hope and Homes for Children.
